Aechmea 'Frappuccino', an elegant hybrid developed by Bullis, possesses undisclosed parentage. This cultivar forms an upright rosette, growing up to 25 inches tall. The leaves display a captivating color palette, with shades of chocolate brown and a touch of burgundy on the undersides. Above, the leaves take on a grayish hue with beautiful silver banding.
The inflorescence resembles a pyramid, emerging from a spike adorned with dark red bracts. The branches of the inflorescence feature a striking combination of red and yellow. The bloom of 'Frappuccino' lasts for approximately two months, providing an extended period of floral beauty.
